This is all so thought provoking. I believe there’s good and evil and there’s God and the devil. God handles the greater good and the devil well likes the evil aspects. The devil rules the world and God rules the heavenly realm. God has his lightworkers and the devil has dark workers who’s mission is to do evil. So yes the serial killer is fulfilling his purpose to serve whoever is working through him. And sure thing bad spirits and negative energy/vibes is everywhere. This is just what I think 🤔
