There are so many unpleasant things we don’t like but our dislike of them doesn’t stop them from existing. Your dislike of spiritual warfare does not stop warfare from going on. It’s going on right now and your best bet is to learn to fight.

And it’s not all darkness that you can transform. You can transform the darkness within but you can’t transform the darkness outside of you. You can’t transform a demon. You must learn to fight.

Don’t fall into the new age trap of love and light and non-duality. It isn’t all love and light in an imperfect world. This is a dualistic world and you must face the uncomfortable parts of life.
