When I arrived at Silver City, I was handed over to Jesus’ right-hand man — Angel Michael — who guarded the pearly gate. The Angel of death who carried me had a few moments with Michael and told me he’d be on his way. I was expecting to see a serious-looking old angel at the gate who would play the tapes of my life and if I was deemed unworthy to enter would send me to hell, but he looked like a man, quite young and very cheery. He was busy flipping through some pages of a huge book titled…
There is no such thing as a profitable niche. A niche is profitable because you say and make it so. A niche is profitable because you are knowledgeable in it. A niche is profitable because you have value to offer. A niche is profitable because you can talk about it all day long and never get tired of it. A niche is profitable because you set the intention for it to be profitable.
For seven years of my life, I was living on autopilot. I was a human zombie, walking asleep in my waking hours.
I was doing the same things over and over again, going to the same places every single day and hanging out with the same people who weren’t helping me grow. In my defense, life was comfortable. I thought if it’s comfortable why change it?
A couple of years forward, comfortable started to feel very uncomfortable. I wasn’t growing. I was stuck in a rut and in a dead relationship that was sucking the life out of me. I…
My default negative thought pattern is, “I’m lost.”
Why I’m stressed out, deep down there’s always the feeling that I’m lost and I can’t find my way.
There are certain thought forms we attach to without being fully aware of them. As we awaken or raise our vibration, we become more aware of these thoughts.
When you keep thinking of a certain thought, you emit it out of your body. You emit it out as energy into the world around you, and because energy cannot be destroyed, those thoughts become things. …
How you see yourself is how I’ll see you. It's how others will see you. Most people aren’t aware of this. Most people don’t know they dictate the way the world sees them. Everything in your life is a reflection of the way you see yourself.
The way you see yourself is projected out based on your vibration, which is the combination of the way you think, feel and act. People feel your vibration. They pick up on those cues and respond to the energy you are putting out.
Sometimes we put out the things that happened to us in…
Everything you do and say will look and sound crazy.
Your friends won’t understand why you won’t go out with them anymore. They’ll think, “What happened to you?”
You’ll think there’s more to life. People, places, and things you used to tolerate will no longer resonate. Old habits will no longer resonate. If you used to smoke, the thought of it will make you sick. Negative self-talk? Never! The news all day every day will no longer work for you.
You’ll quit everything that doesn’t serve you, including relationships, friendships, and jobs. You won’t look back.
Your family won’t understand…
When you really want someone, you want nothing more than to become a part of their life. You want to play a role in their movie and this movie isn’t always romance. Sometimes it’s horror other times it’s a thriller, but it doesn’t matter as long as you appear in it.
You place them on a pedestal and you do everything you can to get them to know you’re watching their every move in their movie in hopes that it gets you into their reality.
But here’s what happens: When you do this, you tell them you don’t…
“Stand up straight.”
When we are young, our parents remind us to stand up straight, and although it’s embarrassing to hear, keeping the back straight is an excellent message. When you really love someone and they’re slumped with their head down, you tell them to stand upright. You tell them to keep their head up.
You want them to be strong.
Each one of us is different and has our own way of standing. Our posture is based on the proportion of our own bodies. However you choose to stand, you cannot slouch.
When you are slouched, you have no…
You wake up and everybody else is still fast asleep. There’s a sense of pride that covers you. You are stronger. You are better. You’re more disciplined. You are chosen.
You think you have it all figured out. The ins and outs of the sleep-wake cycle. You think you know everything and others know nothing at all.
They must wake up. They’re missing out. They’re missing out on the peace and serenity. They’re missing out on the download of information.
You take in all that information making you feel like you have the answers that could change lives.
Most people think that I have it all figured out. That I’m always okay because I’m a spiritual teacher and life coach and I help others get through tough times.
Helping and serving others comes easy but helping and serving myself isn’t always easy. Yes. I’m zen most of the time. I’m able to keep my feet grounded on the earth. I’m able to bounce back faster after an emotional breakdown. But I'm not always okay.
I understand if this comes as a surprise to you. There are too many things on my mind. Things I can’t understand. Too many…
